How do I do the bomb part on Metriod Prime 3 Corruption in skytown (for the wii)?

im stuck at the frist part i just got the grapple for my ship and went out to go to the bomb location i dont know what to do i think is something to do with the eleavator that screewin up but ill keep trying some plz help me out?
