Can anyone help me identify a knife brand?

It was purchased at an Army surplus store many years ago and has no identifying numbers or words. It is a survival type knife, all silver, about 11 inches long, and has 2 threaded holes on the blade guard that accept metal studs. I assume the studs are for grappling/anchoring purposes. Any help would be appreciated!
