Fallout 3 Sally from zeta ship?

I purchased new Vegas a few months ago beat it and purchased fallout 3 cuz it won like 5 awards I do not have xbox live but it's platinum hits so it cptains all dlcs where do I find Sally for the zeta ship mission idk where to go plz help.
