What will happen? I think I got scammed: http://searchrewardsurvey.com/go.html?

I typed in google.com in the url bar and it brought me to the award site that I assumed was hosted by google. It said that I was a selected winner for a free macbook air, iphone or ipad by answer a little survey. I chose the ipad and answered 3 questions like male/female, where I am taking this survey, and my email address and cell phone #. After that it proceeded me to the next part that had three steps to confirm my phone number and email i guess? That was when I looked at the url bar and saw that this survey did not even have the word "google" anywhere in the url so I just closed it. What's the worst that can happen with just information I gave them? They can't steal money or anything from me can they? Will the most I get is like spam email, text messages and/or phone calls?
