What are some good MMA training gloves?

I want some mma gloves that you can grapple and strike with but I would like them to be training gloves rather than the ones they use in the UFC that are 4 oz and are practically like getting hit with a bare fist. I want some with padding so probable like 7 oz. And I don't want to spend more than $50. Any ideas? Also if you could, please post a link. thanks!!
