Open movie casting calls?

I'm thirteen, hame very little acting experience, and want to be in a movie. Now I know what you're thinking, with no experience I wont get casted. But the people in Harry Potter had little experience and the got awards! Can someone please tell me the best place to find a good chance for me to get chosen? thanks!
