Is this too big of a breakfast? HELP! :(?

for breakfast you need grains not a gigantic protein boost from peanut butter. just have a little sandwich for breakfast. turkey breast very thin slice two pieces with a thing of lettuce and whatever you want on it. and if your worried about losing weight its not food that is the major thing but a mixture of working out like running (not weights) and trying to go negative in calories... that's just if your interested in losing weight
