I like him but does he like me?

I really like this guy named bailey.. But im not sure he likes me... He alwayz tries to see if im okay and says i look fantastic.. The bad thing is i have never seen him in person , he is younger than me... I have never told him that i did but i have gave him little hints... Should i tell him that i like him or just stay clear of the whole idea..
