HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

When I was riding my fourwheeler with my cousin Bailey we were trying to get into our land and it was locked so their was this wire. So my uncle lifted it and we went under the only problem was that the wire hit my upper back sholder and cutt it up pretty bad and plus i had welps and I dont know what to do???? It stings like crazy and burns but I dont know what to do??????? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
