Do I have a chance to get into OCAD?

I am a 15 year old from Dubai, I was recently starting to see colleges that I would like to get into and found OCAD, I really liked it, but there is a problem with my grades. I just finished 10th grade and my average is 78. Which is terrible. And OCAD is a competitive school. So I am really worried I won't be able to get in because of that grade,on the other hand, I'm really skilled in software such as Photoshop and Illustrator and HTML as well. As a matter of fact, I won a 2nd place Media award for a design I made about the side effects of smoking.. But I feel like that's not good enough. Do u think I stand a chance??
